Iron Island is an international IPF-rules powerlifting competition hosted in Malta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is not just a competition \u2014 it is a community event designed to bring together athletes, referees, coaches and volunteers from different nations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are actively inviting volunteers from all countries to help us build an international platform and strengthen collaboration across federations.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Who Can Volunteer?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Volunteers are welcome from any national federation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We invite individuals who believe they can contribute meaningfully, support the smooth running of an international competition, and share their knowledge within the powerlifting community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Examples of roles include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Referee (international or national level)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Technical Controller (TC)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Spotter \/ Loader<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Score table & competition support<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Media-related roles (speaker, commentator, streaming support)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Other relevant skills that contribute to the competition environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Availability Requirement<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Volunteers are expected to be available from Friday to Sunday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arrival latest Thursday is recommended to allow for preparation and coordination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What We Provide<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All selected volunteers will receive:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Free accommodation from Thursday to Monday (at the official Iron Island accommodation \u2013 Spraach Caf\u00e9, Pembroke<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 3 meals per day<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Volunteer accreditation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Access to social events<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 International event experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
